Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within the United States using UPS and  USPS. Your shipping cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you select.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx Ground): Estimated 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air / FedEx 2-Day): Estimated 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air / FedEx Overnight): 1 business day
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Neat Sunday is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us at customercare@neatsunday.com and we will help file a claim with the carrier.
